We all feel stressed or distressed from time to time. When we’re feeling overwhelmed, it can be hard to think clearly and make good decisions. A coping plan is a personalised tool to help you cope when you become distressed. This app gives you a space to store your coping plan, so that it is accessible whenever you need it.

Our Responsibility

SoftwareSeni has delivered a full-cycle product development for MyCopingPlan - an app from the University of South Australia, that enables users to create a coping mechanism when they feel stressed from time to time. Our engineers have delivered both the front end app, and backend with several data flows. SoftwareSeni managed the project from Inception and scoping through production to deployment. Our team handled front-end and back-end development for MCP, as well as graphical, UI design, and animation for the explanation sections.
